These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from KeerDan LLC ("KeerDan", "we", "us"). By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they include important information about pricing, payment, shipping, returns, parts fitment and our liability.

Who we are and your agreement

KeerDan is a United States retailer of aftermarket heavy-duty truck and auto parts — including body parts, lighting, bumpers, grilles, mirrors and engine components for Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt and International vehicles. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the parts in your cart. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we confirm payment and send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a part is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Pricing and availability

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Prices, discounts and product availability can change at any time without notice.
• Stock is limited; the quantity you can buy is capped by what is actually in stock.
• We work hard to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of a part you ordered, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and go directly to Stripe; they never reach KeerDan's servers. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your order is only confirmed once Stripe reports the payment as successful.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping within the United States is handled through USPS. Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order — you see the cost before you pay. Once your order ships, we send a confirmation with a tracking number. Delivery times depend on the USPS service you choose and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title to the parts pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.

Returns and warranty

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a part, please contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) — do not send anything back without one.

• Return window. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition. Parts must be unused, unfitted and returned in their original packaging, in the same condition you received them.
• Our error. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect part because of our mistake, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
• Change of mind or wrong part ordered. If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.
• Warranty. KeerDan provides a 12-month (one-year) limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, modification, or accidental damage. Where a manufacturer offers its own warranty, it is passed on to you where applicable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned part.

Fitment and compatibility

It is your responsibility to verify that a part fits your vehicle before you buy. Always check the part number against your vehicle's make, model, year and VIN. Product photos and listings are for reference. If you are unsure about fitment, contact us before ordering. KeerDan is not responsible for labor, installation or other costs arising from ordering or fitting an incorrect part.

Aftermarket parts and limitation of liability

Except where a part is expressly sold as OEM or genuine, the parts we sell are aftermarket and are not manufactured or endorsed by the vehicle manufacturer. Brand names and vehicle models are used only to describe compatibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeerDan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the parts or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
